MyHallWizard can control your heating via HeatingSave, advising it of bookings so that your heating can be switched on or off automatically. Setting Up the Integration #
If you wish to use HeatingSave with MyHallWizard, please let HeatingSave know, so they can switch on the integration. Also please let HallWizard Support know, as we need to set up your venue accordingly.
Note that you must enable your Public Calendar for this integration to work.
Using MyHallWizard with HeatingSave #
To use MyHallWizard with HeatingSave, enter your bookings into MyHallWizard as normal. HeatingSave will be automatically notified of your bookings and will manage your heating accordingly.
You will find an extra field at the bottom of the booking form to enter a temperature for the booking. This enables you to override the default temperature used by HeatingSave. For example, you might want to set the temperature lower for activities such as dance or exercise classes or to set it higher for sedentary activities such as art classes. If you leave the Temperature field blank, the default temperature set up in HeatingSave will be used.
