Intuitive to use

MyHallWizard is very intuitive to use and straightforward to set up and operate. I particularly like the flexible way to enter bookings, such as regular bookings or even ones that happen only once a month. Cancelling and amending bookings is very easy, too, and the invoicing facility allows for tracking paid and unpaid invoices. I am very happy with MyHallWizard.

I really like the clean and rather beautiful interface design which keeps the user experience very much in mind. At last, someone has put 21st century technology (e.g. dragging bookings on screen) into a small/medium hall booking system.

Makes running the centre pleasurable again

Last night I sent out my first batch of monthly invoices from MyHallWizard. What a simple and easy process this was – so much easier than our previous system using Google Calendar and writing invoices manually.
