There comes a time, often at this time of year, when you want to change your venue’s prices. MyHallWizard enables you to do this, but it hasn’t always been easy. New prices were not automatically added to existing bookings; this meant that you needed to edit each booking or repeat booking series to adopt the new prices – a time consuming and error prone process.
We’ve now added a feature that will list all bookings and repeat booking series impacted by a change to your prices, allowing you to say whether you want to use the new prices or continue with the old. Even if you have already entered your new prices, you can still use this feature.
