• Customers — customer records with address lookup, invoice contact details and bulk import.

• Rooms and Price Lists — rooms with colours, price lists with time-based tariff periods, and automatic price calculation on every booking.

• Invoicing and Payments — invoices with editable lines, PDF generation and emailing, payment recording, and the ability to preview and brand invoices with your venue logo and bank details.

• Reporting — Bookings, Bookings Export, Unpaid Invoices, Customer Amount Owing and Statement of Account reports.

• Multi-venue and users — manage more than one venue from a single login, invite colleagues, and control what they can see and do with owner, administrator, editor and read-only roles.
