Data Exports - MyHallWizard

MyHallWizard allows you to export your bookings and customer data for use in spreadsheets or other systems. You can also export invoices in formats suitable for importing into accounting software.

To access exports, click Reports in the navigation bar and scroll down to the Data Exports section.

Bookings Export

Exports all your bookings with full details including customer, dates, times, rooms, extras, prices, and notes.

Filters: Date range, with an option to include the price list column.

Export formats: Copy, CSV, Excel, PDF, Print.

Customers Export

Exports your complete customer list with all contact details, invoicing information, categories, price lists, and comments.

Export formats: Copy, CSV, Excel, PDF, Print.

Invoice Exports for Accounting Software

Export your invoices in formats ready for importing into popular accounting packages. These exports are available with a paid subscription only.

Invoice Export for Xero	Exports invoices formatted for Xero's import process.

Each invoice line is exported as a separate row to preserve full detail. For all accounting exports, we recommend managing payments and credit control within your accounting software, as there is no facility to send payment records back to MyHallWizard.
