HeatingSave provides smart heating controls for venues, with potential energy cost savings between 20-50%+. MyHallWizard integrates with HeatingSave to automatically control your heating — the system is notified of your bookings so the heating activates before each booking starts and switches off when it ends.

Setting Up the Integration

To set up HeatingSave with MyHallWizard:

  1. Contact HeatingSave to enable the integration on their side

  2. Contact HallWizard Support so we can configure your venue

  3. Enable your Public Calendar if not already enabled (HeatingSave uses this to receive booking data)

Using MyHallWizard with HeatingSave

Once the integration is set up, simply enter your bookings into MyHallWizard as normal. HeatingSave receives automatic notifications and manages the heating accordingly.

A Room Temperature field is available in the booking form — click More to expand the additional options section. This allows you to override HeatingSave's default temperature for individual bookings. For example:

  • Lower the temperature for dance or exercise classes

  • Raise it for sedentary activities like art classes or meetings

Leave the Temperature field empty to use HeatingSave's default settings.
