How to delete a venue

If you no longer need a venue in MyHallWizard, you can delete it permanently.

Before You Delete

Warning: Deleting a venue will delete all its data, including bookings, customers, invoices and payments. This cannot be undone.

Before deleting, we recommend exporting any important data through Reports in the navigation bar. If you need help retrieving data, please contact our support team.

How to Delete

  1. If you have multiple venues, select the venue you want to delete using the venue switcher in the navigation bar.

  2. Click the Settings icon (gear/cog) in the navigation bar, then click Delete Venue.

  3. When prompted, type the venue's name into the confirmation field.

  4. Click Delete Venue.

Deleting a venue will also cancel your subscription. If you accidentally delete a venue, contact our support team immediately — it may be possible to restore it, though a new subscription may be required.

Note: Deleting a venue is separate from cancelling your subscription. If you only want to stop paying, see Managing Your Subscription instead.
