What happens at the end of my free trial?
Your free trial gives you access to the full functionality of MyHallWizard, except that it is limited to 6 rooms. The free trial ends on the date displayed on your screen, or immediately you take out a subscription.
To subscribe, either click the Subscribe button at the top of the page or go to Settings (cog icon) -> Billing and Subscription. You can subscribe using your credit or debit card or Paypal. If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer against an invoice, please contact us and we will send you an invoice; there is a small administration fee for this.
At the end of the free trial, if you haven't already taken out a subscription, one of two things happens:
- If you have 2 rooms or less, you are automatically moved into our Free Tier. This allows you to continue using basic features of MyHallWizard, but more advanced features are disabled.
- If you have more than 2 rooms, you are considered Out of Plan. You can view and edit existing data, but cannot create new records.
When in the Free Tier or Out of Plan, you can always take out a Subscription to move to the Subscribed version of MyHallWizard, enabling all functionality once again.
The following table lists which functions are available for each different subscription level:
