Using the Calendar
The calendar is the main view in MyHallWizard, showing all your bookings at a glance. Click Bookings in the navigation bar to go to the calendar.
Calendar Views
Use the buttons in the calendar toolbar to switch between views:
Day — shows a single day with time slots for each room
Week — shows a full week with time slots
Month — shows a monthly overview
List — shows bookings as a simple list, grouped by date
The calendar remembers your preferred view.
Navigating

Click Today to jump back to today's date

Room Colours
Each room has a colour assigned to it. Bookings are displayed in the room's colour on the calendar, making it easy to see which rooms are booked at a glance. Room colours are configured in Settings > Rooms.
Opening Hours Filter
By default, the calendar shows only your venue's opening hours. To show the full 24-hour day, toggle the Opening hours filter in the calendar sidebar.

Import — import bookings from a spreadsheet
